Onsite Workshop – Greater Helsinki
1-day workshop for business leaders or corporate teams looking to improve on-camera communication in a fun way.
- Understand the basics of speaking in front of the camera.
- Learn to write a script, rehearse, and perform it with authenticity.
- Brush up on your non-verbal communication, voice modulation, and basic presentation skills.
And most importantly do it for real in front of a camera.
The workshop takes place at your office with your team (up to 12 people). You will take part in exercises that have been used in traditional acting schools and film schools in the UK and US. You will perform on camera for recording, as well as for livestreaming — noticing the differences as you progress. You will even learn to use basic Hollywood screenwriting principles to make your everyday presentations come alive!
At the end of the workshop we will reflect on the video recordings from the session, which you get to keep for future review and practice.

I’m Tan Lay.
Growing up in the 1980s – an era of strong popular culture – I loved everything about the entertainment industry and, because of that, pursued a career in TV and Film in the UK and USA. I started as an editor, and went on to write and direct.
Now living in Finland in the 2020s, after starting my own creative agency, I feel blessed to have had a fun and rewarding career as a creative producer and director working with global brands, as well as exciting innovative energetic startup companies.
