The first obvious thing to notice:
Life is oscillation.
That becomes obvious after noticing just one single breath (from the start of the inhale to the end of the exhale).
The next obvious thing to notice:
At my core, I do not wish for time to go faster nor slower.
At my surface, I desire time to go faster or slower depending on the physical activity in which I am engaged.
The next obvious thing to notice:
I determine the amplitude of oscillation.
